How To Eat Healthy During The Holidays And Like It

Eating a healthy diet is very difficult during the holidays. Did you know that one in three people in Orlando dies of heart disease or stroke and that many of these deaths can be prevented by eating healthy and exercising? Most Americans eat a diet low in healthy foods such as fruits, vegetables, low-fat dairy and healthy oils. Unhealthy eating contributes to chronic to chronic diseases like heart disease and diet-related risk factors such as Type 2 diabetes and obesity. The American Heart Association wants you to know that making small changes each day can make a huge impact on your overall heart health.
