On this day in 1982 in Nashville, Ronnie Milsap recorded “Stranger In My House.”

Let’s jump to 1990 when Rod Stewart married Rachel Hunter. Stewart was quoted as saying, “I found the girl that I want. I won’t be putting my banana in anybody else’s fruit bowl from now on.” The couple divorced in 2006. So much for that fruit bowl.
