Debbie Reynolds Dies At 84, One Day After Daughter Carrie Fisher

Just one day after the death of her daughter Carrie Fisher, Debbie Reynolds has died. Her son, Todd Fisher, confirmed the screen legend’s death from Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles where Reynolds was taken earlier in the day.

According to Fisher, “She said, ‘I want to be with Carrie. And then she was gone.”

Reynolds, who starred in such classic films as Singing in the Rain and The Unsinkable Molly Brown, and who also had a recurring role on the sitcom Will and Grace, was 84-years-old.
