Forbes has just released their annual list of America’s fastest growing cities, and by the looks of it, Florida will soon be quite overpopulated!
The 6 of the list’s top 10 cities are Florida cities, with the Orlando/Kissimmee/Sanford area coming in at #2. The fastest growing city is Naples/Fort Myers with an estimated population growth of 3.6% in 2017. Orlando/Kissimmee/Sanford is close on its heels with an estimated 3.14% population growth for 2017.
Other Florida cities/areas making the list include Deltona/Daytona Beach/Ormond Beach at #4, Jacksonville at #5, North Port/Sarasota/Bradenton at #6 and Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater at #8.
The non-Florida cities include Provo/Orem, Utah at #3, Seattle/Tacoma/Bellvue, Washington at #7, Portland/Vancouver/Hillsboro, Oregon at #9, and Salt Lake City, Utah at #10.
