Who knew collecting bugs could be so lucrative? I usually pay someone to get rid of ours but Lois and Charles O’Brien’s bugs are tad different.
The O’Briens spent 60 years collecting insects across 70 countries and seven continents. Those bugs—approximately 1.25 million of them—now fill more than 1,200 glass drawers in the O’Briens’ home. The couple says not only are the bugs unique but many of them are beautiful.
