Great, now we can add driving bad for our health! A British study found that spending more than two hours a day driving steadily lowers IQ, especially in middle-aged drivers.

Researchers say driving is physically and mentally sedentary and can cause stress and fatigue, all factors in brain decline. However, one way to combat the decline, “Staying mentally and physically active helps keep our brains healthy, so it is not surprising,” researcher Rosa Sancho said.

Why is it never sleeping or binge watching your favorite show that combats bad health? I think Blue Bloods is good for my brain! ~grace
