Wisconsin Company Implants Microchips In Employees Hands

By Grace Vasquez

Ready or not the future is here.

Wisconsin company Three Square Market announced it plans to implant microchips into the hands of willing employees to replace key cards, credit cards and phone apps. YIKES!

The microchip is as small as a grain of rice and will be placed between the thumb and forefinger and can be used to unlock doors, pay vending machines, serve as business cards and store medical information.

The vending machine company claims it is the first in the U.S. to implant these chips into employees. Hmm, yeah, I’ll pass. I’m kinda’ missing a skeleton key. ~grace
