Beauty is in the eye of the beholder…and city commissioners!

This Mount Dora resident says they received permission to have an artist paint the famous Vincent Van Gogh painting on her fence wall surrounding her home. However now home owner Nancy Nemhauser just received a code violation. The homeowners are in violation and have until Aug. 15 to repaint the wall. If not, they will be charged $250 a day. Yikes!

What do you think? Art or graffiti? Is the city correct or should a homeowner be able to paint their home any color they choose? Tough question huh? ~grace
