MoviePass Gives A Month Of Movies For Under $10

By Brad Haynes

According to Bloomberg, Netflix co-founder Mitch Lowe has a subscription movie service called MoviePass that will get you into theaters to see the minimum of a movie per day for just $9.95.

The service is said to be available at 91% of theaters in the country and does not include 3D or IMAX presentations.

In a statement, Lowe said, “MoviePass was founded to make it easier for passionate moviegoers and casual fans to see films the way they’re meant to be seen — in the theater. Our vision has always been to make the moviegoing experience more affordable and enjoyable for our subscribers. We are changing the way consumers think about going to the movies by making it possible to experience a broader array of films — from the latest summer blockbuster to a critically acclaimed documentary — through a subscription model.”
