I love a musical that warns you it’s not for the young or easily frightened and lets people who want tickets in the first few rows that they’re likely to be in the “splatter zone.”

Well, full disclosure, I don’t love the splatter zone personally, but  I know plenty of you like to be this scared!

The Moonlight Players (click the link for tickets) are a non-profit organization founded by Jan Sheldon and Sara Ackers.

Jan got a cash birthday present from her dad and produced the Sound of Music, with Sara. And the group performed in various venues around Clermont until they got an old car shop converted into a theater in 1999.

The Moonlight Players’ Warehouse Theater is located in Historic Downtown Clermont at 735 W. Minneola Ave.

Again: not for the faint of heart or the little ones. Running through October 22nd.
