I’ve got red-tailed hawks and thrush, cardinals, mockingbirds, blue jays, ibis, sparrows, chickadees, and many more hanging around the property and visiting the feeders.

I’ve been documenting birds I’ve seen in the various places I’ve lived since the eighties. And I’ve got to say, Central Florida is one of the best places for bird watching.

I’ve told you the two times I’ve seen a BIG peacock struttin’ his stuff down Clarcona Ocoee Road.

And I’ve seen numerous Bald Eagles in the Winter Garden area, around Lake Apopka (hopefully proving that it’s clean enough for tasty fishes!). In fact here’s one on a Norfolk Pine:

Day before yesterday I saw two MORE big peacocks in Winter Garden so I stopped on the way home yesterday and took a couple shots to share with you.
