According to WESH 2 News, Florida Sen. Greg Stebue, a Republican from Sarasota, recently filed a bill that would allow Florida to be able to observe standard time all year round.

As it is, only Hawaii and Arizona do not recognize daylight saving time.

Were the bill to pass and be signed by the governor, the changes would take place on
