On this day in 2006 “All I Want For Christmas Is You” by Mariah Carey becomes the first ringtone certified Gold for sales of over 500,000.

And it was on this day in 2010, that Nicole Richie married Good Charlotte lead singer Joel Madden. They have two children together, daughter Harlow and song Sparrow. Before he married Nicole Richie, Madden was dating Hilary Duff.
