OMG! Snakes give me the willies! I try really hard not to freak out when I see one so this story didn’t catch my attention so much as to what it did…it ate a deer. I love deer (insert sad face emoji here).

Florida wild life officials said the  hungry 31-pound python took on a 35-pound white-tailed deer 111 percent its mass.

The Conservancy of Southwest Florida said in a blog post Thursday that it will release the details of the finding in the March 2018 issue of the peer-reviewed quarterly Herpetological Review.

Officials said they believe it to be the “largest predator to prey ratio” ever documented in the history of the Byrmese python species.

I don’t know the stats on such an event all I know is when I saw the photos I was freaked out!

Check them out if you dare right here.
