Soon it will be in the 90’s again. For nine months or so. SIGH. Begging the question – can I hydrate as well with other liquids?
I have always preferred sparkling water to still (boring) water but have been warned it might not be as good for me as plain water. Some brands do have considerable sodium – but some also have calcium!
SO, is drinking the fizzy stuff as good for us as regular water?
I am much more likely to reach for a can of La Croix than a glass of room-temperature, or even iced, tap water during the work day.
