On this day in 1967, 32 year old Elvis Presley married 21 year old Priscilla Beaulieu, a girl he first met in 1959 when she was just 14 years old. The wedding ceremony took place at the Aladdin Hotel in Las Vegas and although the marriage license was only $15, the wedding cake cost $3,500.

Let's roll (literally) to this day in 1975. To announce their upcoming tour, the Rolling Stones performed "Brown Sugar," while being driven down Fifth Avenue, in Manhattan, on the back of a flatbed truck.

Florida's own Bellamy Brothers hit No.1 on the US singles chart with "Let Your Love Flow,"on this day in 1976. The duo had ten #1's on the Country chart, but only that one on the pop chart.

On this day in 1995, at 54 years old, Nancy Sinatra appears on the cover of Playboy magazine. In her centerfold, she wears only her famous boots.

While being treated for kidney failure, it was on this day in 2003, that Barry White suffered a stroke that affected his speech and the right side of his body. He died two months later. Barry will always be known as the true Dr. Love.

And finally, it was on this day in 2013, that we lost "Mac Daddy" AKA Chris Kelly of the rap duo Kris Kross. He passed away, at age 34, after overdosing on heroin and cocaine. The duo were teenagers when they had their #1 hit "Jump" in 1992; they also opened for Michael Jackson on his Dangerous tour that year.
