We start on this day in 1968.......The Rascals record the song "People Got To Be Free." It went on to spend 5 weeks at #1 and sell over 4 million copies.

Leo Sayer hits No.1, on this day in 1977, with "When I Need You." It was Leo's second #1 after "You Make Me Feel Like Dancing."

On this day in 1988, Led Zeppelin would reunite for the Atlantic Records 40th anniversary party. Jason Bonham took over drum duties for his departed father. Other performers included, the Bee Gees, Foreigner, Genesis, Wilson Pickett and more.

Same day out in L.A., we lose the great Frank Sinatra, who passed away of a heart attack at age 82. Frank had over 25 Top 40 singles and may be best remembered for his 1966 #1 "Strangers In The Night."

Chris Martin of Coldplay and his wife, Gwyneth Paltrow, welcome daughter Apple on this day in 2004. Apple and her brother Moses have already began singing together. Speaking of singing together, here's Mom and Dad trying their hand at Spanish Karaoke.
