The Top Five Morning Routines Required for a Good Day

According to a survery from ONE POLL, 2,000 people had to name the top morning routines that help them have a good day.  Here are the top five . . .

 

1.  A cup of coffee.  It's the #1 thing we need to get our day off to a good start.- I have recently switched to decaf due to heart issues, but I still enjoy the taste of coffee eventhough I don't get the same jolt from the caffine. 

 

2.  Waking up after getting enough sleep.  The fact that this is #2 is a testament to how much we love coffee.- Trust me, I know this. I wake up at 4 am every morning and if I don't get enough sleep...my day is DEFINITELY altered. 

 

3.  A morning shower.- Depending on the time you wake up, you might prefer to take a shower the night before. Eventhough I wake up at a HORRID hour, the morning show is a saving grace at waking me up and getting me in the mindset to start my day. 

 

4.  Listening to music while you're getting ready, or in your car.- Music can wake you up just like television can. I usually will turn on a tv show that I love like FRIENDS and have it plaing in the background as I get ready in the morning. 

 

5.  Eating a light breakfast, but nothing too heavy. - We've been hearing it for years. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Depending on what you eat, it can either way you down or give you energy. You just have to make the right choice.
